Assignato terms & conditions

These Terms of Service supplement all applicable agreements and terms and conditions between you and Assignato.

  1. Terms of payment and delivery

We may allow you to purchase Services with your credit and/or debit card, via bank transfer or direct debit to your bank account. We may use a third party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”). The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with the Services shall be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit and/or debit card issuer in addition to these Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any errors that occur during any payment processing, including any Payment Processor errors. In connection with your use of payment methods, we will obtain certain transaction details, which we will use only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Assignato agrees to provide you with access to your Assignato account within five (5) working days from the receipt of the full payment of the agreed initial fee.

Extra API connection feature like Google maps api, Google places api, Google javascript api, or any other payed API services will be cofigured with the client api keys. You understand that this apis have a extra cost that must be payed to the API service provider. The API Keys must be inserted into the Assignato configuration pannel by the user.

Optional features: Connection to external partners by API has an extra cost depending on the API connection type that must be agreed on before between Assignato and the Client.

  • Permitted uses and restrictions on use

Subject to these terms and conditions of the Terms of Service, Assignato or its subcontractors will provide you with the Services that allow you to manage your online reservations, financial applications, mobile applications, services and products, customer account and financial data on the Internet. In order to use the Services, you must obtain, at your expense, Internet access, either directly or through devices that access the content of the web. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such Internet connection, including a computer and modem, smart phone or other access device.

  • Your obligations

In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration forms for the Services (“Registration Data”) and (ii) maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that we have reasonable grounds to suspect is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Assignato may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). You shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of all data you submit to Assignato and for ensuring that the collection and use of your data complies with applicable laws, including those relating to data privacy and the transmission of personal data. You are solely responsible for any liability resulting from your handling of the data. You agree that you will comply with the PCI DSS at any time if he processes payment data and stores information about it on his servers.

  • Content

By submitting information, data, text (including but not limited to file names, databases, directories and groups thereof), software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (“Content”) to Assignato in connection with these Services, you warrant that: (i) you are the owner of such Content, or have been granted all necessary rights by the owner of the Content to submit such Content to Assignato, and (ii) the use of the Content by Assignato and its members will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights or otherwise violate the rights of any third party.

By submitting any Content, you are granting Assignato a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, and sell your Content.

You understand that all Content, whether published or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated it. This means that you, and not Assignato, are fully responsible for all Content you upload or transmit through the Services. Assignato does not control the Content uploaded or otherwise transmitted by you or other customers through the Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.

  • Access, passwords and security

You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your access number(s), password(s) and account number(s). You will be responsible for all electronic communications, including account registration and other account holder information, email, and financial, accounting and other data, including any Content (“Electronic Communications”) entered through or under your access number(s), password(s) or account number(s). Assignato will act as if any Electronic Communications it receives under your access number(s), password(s) or account number(s) had been sent by you. You agree to immediately notify Assignato if you become aware of any loss or theft or unauthorized use of any of your access number(s), password(s) and/or account number(s).

  • Conduct of members

You agree not to use the Services for: (i) upload or otherwise transmit any Content or domain name that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) harm minors in any way; (iii) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any representative or host of Assignato, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (iv) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Services; (v) upload or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); (vi) upload or otherwise transmit any Content or domain name that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any person; (vii) upload or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of the Services that may be designated for such purpose; (viii) upload or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (ix) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services; (x) violate any applicable law or regulation; (xi) encourage or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or (xii) conduct raffles, contests, sweepstakes or raffles, except in those areas of the Services that may be expressly designated for such purpose.

  • General practices concerning use, storage and access to services

You acknowledge that Assignato may from time to time establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Services, including, without limitation, establishing the maximum amount of storage space you have on the Services at any time, as well as limiting the number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Services in a given period of time. You agree that Assignato has no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Services. As a condition of use of these Services, you agree that, in the event of an error in your Services, a technician of the Services will be allowed to access your Content as necessary to resolve the problem. You acknowledge that Assignato reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

  • Privacy and access

Our privacy policy covers how we collect and use personal information.

Data disputes. You are solely responsible for resolving disputes regarding ownership of or access to Your Data, including those involving any current or former owner, co-owner, employee or contractor of your business. You acknowledge and agree that Assignato has no obligation to resolve or intervene in such disputes.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in our Privacy Policy, confidential information related to your customers, passengers and drivers, including names and contact information, will not be shared with anyone outside Assignato, and only with employees or contractors who have a reasonable need to know or access the data in order to provide the Services, unless the information is shared as part of an integration and business relationship specifically approved by you. In addition, under no circumstances will Assignato or our Affiliates use the information residing on Assignato’s servers to solicit business relationships with its customers, drivers or passengers.

By using the external collaborator or partner feature of Assignato services, you agrees that you are the sole responsible for sharing personal information with your external partners or collaborators.

  • Modifications to the service or agreements

Changes in services. Assignato reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice to you. You agree that Assignato shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the Services. Assignato may from time to time specify the version(s) of related products and/or additional services required to use the Services (e.g., compatible browser versions).

  1. Changes to the conditions of service.

Assignato reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service and related policies and agreements at any time. You agree that Assignato may modify the Terms of Service if necessary to comply with any other agreement for which Assignato is currently or will be bound in the future, and/or with applicable law, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances. If Assignato makes a material modification to these Terms of Service, it will notify you by publishing on the home page of your business management application the updated Terms of Service and you agree that such notification will be sufficient notice of such changes. In the event that your continued use of any of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Service as modified. If you do not agree to any such changes, you may terminate the Terms of Service by immediately ceasing to access and use the Services. You agree that such termination shall be your sole remedy if you do not wish to be bound by any changes to the Terms of Service.

  1. Fees

You agree to pay the non-refundable fees associated with the level of Services you choose. Additional fees may apply: (i) additional optional features of the Services; (ii) in the event you elect to transfer from one level of the Services to another; or (iii) in the event you exceed your Service level assignments. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement with Assignato, when you sign up and provide payment information using the Card Services, Wire transfer or any other form of payment, your Card Account, Bank Account, or the selected payment method, will be automatically charged and debited monthly or annually depending on the payment option you choose at the then-current rate for maintaining service, unless you notify us by email at info@assignato.com to cancel the Services thirty (30) days prior to the start of the next renewal period. Assignato reserves the right to change its rates with or without notice. In the event that service is voluntarily cancelled.

While Assignato will make attempts to inform the customer of a fee collection problem; Assignato reserves the right to suspend the service without notice for non-payment of fees. If the service is suspended for non-payment of fees; all the debth with Assignato must be payed in order to reactivate the services.

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, you must notify Assignato in writing within thirty (30) days after the date of payment specifying the nature of the error and the amount in dispute. If the notification is not received by Assignato within that thirty (30) day period, the payment will be considered final.

The fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including, for example, value added, sales, use or withholding taxes, that are payable by any jurisdiction (collectively, “Taxes”). You are responsible for paying all taxes related to this Agreement. Assignato shall be solely responsible for the taxes assessed on Assignato based on your income.

  1. Completion

You acknowledge and agree that Assignato may suspend or terminate your account and/or deny you access, use or submission of Content for all or part of the Services, without notice, if you engage in any conduct that Assignato believes, in its sole discretion: (i) violates any term or provision of the Terms of Service, (ii) violates Assignato’s or any third party’s rights, (iii) or is otherwise inappropriate for continued access to and use of the Services. Assignato reserves the right to cancel the accounts of inactive members. In addition, Assignato reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account and terminate all or part of your access to the Services for any reason or no reason, with thirty (30) days notice to you. Unless expressly agreed to in writing, you agree that upon cancellation, either by you or by us, we may remove all Content and information related to your account and may prohibit you from accessing your account and the Services, including, without limitation, access to any Content of yours entered or used in connection with the Services. Further, you agree that Assignato shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Assignato harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of the Terms of Service, state or federal laws or regulations, or any rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, violation of any copyright, infringement of any proprietary right, and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation shall survive termination of the Services.

  1. Links

The Services may provide links to other Internet sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Assignato is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Assignato shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

  1. Electronic communication

When you use Assignato’s services or send emails to Assignato, you are communicating with Assignato electronically. You agree to receive communications from Assignato electronically. Assignato will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on Assignato’s web site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing

  1. Property rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Services contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed through the Services are the property of Assignato and other parties. Users are prohibited from using the Marks for any purpose, including but not limited to use as meta tags on other pages or Internet sites without the written permission of Assignato or such third party that may own the Marks. All information and Content available on or through the Services, including, without limitation, any Assignato software program and/or Assignato Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other proprietary rights and is the property of Assignato. You agree to comply with all intellectual property laws and shall not encumber any interest in, or assert any rights to, Assignato’s Content or other intellectual property.

Unless Assignato expressly agrees otherwise in writing, you are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any service, product or content of Assignato available on or through the Services for commercial or public purposes.

You hereby grant Assignato and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable and royalty-free license to modify, copy, distribute and incorporate into the Services (without attribution of any kind) any suggestion, request for improvement, recommendation, proposal, correction or other feedback or information provided by you in connection with the Services or Assignato’s business.

  1. Procedure for claims of infringement of intellectual property

Assignato respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Assignato may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, deactivate and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property of a third party. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please contact us at info@assignato.com. Assignato may update this mailing address from time to time.

  1. No resale, etc. of the services

You agree not to copy, sell, resell, rent or sublicense (including offering the Services to any third party on the basis of an application or timeshare service provider), lease, loan, redistribute or create a derivative work from any portion of the Services, use of the Services or access to the Services. You agree not to access the Services by any means other than through the interface that Assignato provides for your use in accessing the Services.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES AND ANY ADDITIONAL CONTENT OR FEATURES THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ASSIGNATO AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ASSIGNATO AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES AND ANY ADDITIONAL CONTENT OR FEATURES THROUGH THE SERVICES (i) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR RESULTS IN REVENUE OR PROFITS, (ii) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. ASSIGNATO AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE TERMS OF THE SERVICE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNLESS SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE NOT LEGALLY EXCLUDABLE. ASSIGNATO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL SATISFY ANY LEGAL OR REGULATORY OBLIGATION, OR ASSIST, GUARANTEE OR OTHERWISE ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES, RELATED SERVICES OR CONTENT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.

ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ADDITIONAL FEATURES THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA AND/OR CONTENT RESULTING FROM THE TRANSFER OR DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL.

ASSIGNATO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE TRANSMISSION OF CARDHOLDER DATA PRIOR TO ITS ENCRYPTION AND RECEIPT BY THE OWNED OR CONTROLLED BY ASSIGNATO. EXCLUDED DAMAGES SHALL INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM FRAUD, MISAPPROPRIATION, THEFT, IDENTITY THEFT OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM ASSIGNATO OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES OR ADDITIONAL FEATURES THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

  1. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (i) YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I LIMIT ANY LOCATION AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, CONTENT, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, RESULTING FROM (a) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, CONTENT AND/OR ANY INFORMATION; (b) THE COST OF PURCHASING SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, CONTENT, INFORMATION OR SERVICE PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES; (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; (d) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (e) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES, (ii) YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ASSIGNATO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY (a) INTERRUPTION OF  BUSINESS, (b) ACCESS DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO THIS SITE OR THE WEBSITE(S) YOU ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICES; (c) NO DELIVERY OF CONTENT, INCORRECT DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (d) EVENTS BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF ANY PARTY; (iii) IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ANY PARTY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ANY PART OF THE SERVICES.

  • Exclusions and limitations

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IN SECTIONS 18 AND 19 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  • General

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Assignato and govern the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Assignato (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service) with respect to their subject matter. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use Assignato’s affiliate services or other services, third-party content or third-party software. These Terms of Service and your relationship with Assignato shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You agree that Assignato may still seek injunctive relief (or an equivalent type of urgent legal assistance) in any jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any such litigation shall be awarded reasonable attorneys’ fees and other expenses. The failure of Assignato to act with respect to a violation by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar violations. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The Terms of Service shall inure to the benefit of Assignato and its successors and assigns. You agree to the use of electronic communication for the purpose of entering into agreements and placing orders, as well as the electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the Services.

  • Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy was developed to reaffirm our commitment to the information we collect from Assignato users & clients. This policy covers the treatment that Assignato provides to data to identify a user and/or client; if the data is collected directly on the website or from other means of collection, such as customer service, phone calls, or the app.

What personal data we collect?

Registration, Account Setup, Service Usage: In order to set up an account, you need to provide full name, phone number, and a valid email address. We may need to store encrypted credit card information and bank account information and use it for both billing and payment purposes.

Automated Information: When you use our products and services, we may collect, store and process a unique installation identifier, IP addresses and device information (such as operating system or device model), barcode information and location coordinates. We use this data to provide our services to users and to track the use of our applications.

Analytics Information: We use data analytics to ensure site functionality and improve our products and services. We use a mobile analytics software to allow us to understand the functionality of our applications on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, what happens within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, application errors and debugging information, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information that you submit within the mobile application.

Location data (drivers): We collect precise or approximate location data from drivers, for example, to enable rides, enable safety and trip tracking features, prevent and detect fraud, and comply with legal requirements. Assignato collects this data when the Assignato app is running in the foreground (open and on-screen) or background (open, but not on-screen) on your device.

How do we process personal data?

We respect your privacy. Assignato will not process or share your personal information without your consent, except based on the following legal grounds:

  • it is necessary to perform the contractual obligations in our Terms & Conditions and in order to      provide the Services to you;
  • it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or to exercise or defend legal          claims;
  • it is necessary for the purposes of our or a third party’s legitimate interests;
  • you have expressly made the information public;
  • it is necessary in the public interest;
  • it is necessary to protect your vital interests, or those of others.

Where we process your information without your consent, we do as follows.

Providing and improving our Services: We may use customer information as it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests of improving our Services for our users, understanding how our Services are being used, and exploring and unlocking ways to develop and grow our business.

Keeping our Services safe and secure: We may also use customer information for safety purposes, in order to ensure the security of our Services.

Legal and Safety: Assignato may also retain, preserve, or release your personal information to a third party in the following limited circumstances: in response to lawful requests by public authorities; to protect, establish, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal requirement; or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to our property, or violations of Assignato’s Terms & Conditions.

Third parties: It is also necessary for Assignato to share your information with certain companies that control us, are controlled by us, or under common control with us, as well as with third-party service providers, in order to operate and provide the services. These third parties have only limited access to your information, may use your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated to Assignato not to disclose or use your information for other purposes.

Business Reorganization: In some cases, Assignato may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions (such as a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership, or transfer of all or substantially all of Assignato’s assets), member information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. If Assignato intends to transfer information about you, Assignato will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the website, and you will be afforded an opportunity to opt out before information about you becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Rights to your personal data.

We know that members of our community value having control over their own information, so Assignato gives you the choice of providing or editing certain information, as well as choices about how we contact you. Deletion: You may request that your data be deleted—as allowed by the applicable regulation—by contacting our Customer Support Center or  contacting us at info@assignato.com

Withdrawal of consent or objection to processing: You can object to data processing in certain limited circumstances by contacting our  or calling the following toll free number: 888-888-0302. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons.

Where you have consented to our use of your data for direct marketing purposes, you can always withdraw your consent, using the unsubscribe link in such communications or changing your marketing preference settings.

Personal and payment information are required to provide our services. Assignato cannot offer or fulfill the services without processing this information.

Phone calls to/from are automatically recorded and stored for a minimum of 3 months by our phone service provider. Any discussions regarding payment details or other sensitive data are not recorded or stored.
